Meet the Doctor

Dr. Tim’s experiences in and out of the classroom have given him the opportunity to care for a wide variety of conditions and help his patients maintain optimal health. His mission is to use his knowledge of chiropractic and health care to restore his patient’s health, allowing them to live their lives to the fullest.

Dr. Tim Grady is originally from Grand Rapids. He attended Catholic Central High School before starting college at Grand Rapids Community College. Dr. Tim then went on to Grand Valley University where he studied health sciences in his pre-med studies. He earned his chiropractic degree from world-renowned Life University in Marietta, Georgia where he graduated with cum laude honors. He completed his internship back home at Grand Rapids Family Chiropractic. Dr. Tim is a board certified by the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners and is a proud member of the Michigan Association of Chiropractors.

As a chiropractic student, Dr. Tim studied many techniques in chiropractic care. He focused on Full Spine Technique as well as Applied Kinesiology and attended their seminars. The seminars are hands on and taught by world-class doctors in the profession. He continues to attend and train along with other leaders in the profession and hopes to one day lead seminars of his own. 

Dr. Tim takes a ‘whole person’ approach in chiropractic care, which means looking for the underlying causes of disease, discomfort, and pain, as opposed to just treating the symptoms. Many seemingly unrelated symptoms often arise from imbalances in the spinal column, and Dr. Tim will be able to determine the root of the pain and create a personalized chiropractic and potentially nutritional plan to suit each patient’s individual needs. Under the supervision and care of our caring and skilled chiropractor, patients report higher function in all areas of their lives.

Dr. Tim met his wife, Tabbi, while carrying out his internship in Grand Rapids. She is a registered nurse that has extensive experience in the Neurologic Intensive Care Unit and now serves West Michigan based Helen DeVos Children’s Hospital and as office manager and client educator at Grade-A Family Chiropractic Center. Together they have two beautiful daughters, Cora Grace and Aria Faith. They are a busy family that enjoys serving the communities in which they work and live. The Grady family looks forward to serving the Ionia community and restoring health and longevity to all those who call it home.
